Returning to Public Mass

See the details below about Public Mass at St. Vincent's

If you are not yet comfortable returning to Mass, we invite you to participate from home. Here is the latest recording of Sunday Mass and the Spiritual Communion Prayer is below. We pray your Sunday is filled with peace!

The “Act of Spiritual Communion” is a prayer for anyone who desires to receive the Eucharist but is unable.

“My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.  Amen.”

Survey for

Lay Ecclesial Ministers

The United States Conference of Catholic Bishops would like to learn more about the realities facing lay ecclesial ministers across the country.

To achieve that, the USCCB has created a survey that any and all lay leaders are invited to fill out to get a snapshot of the current landscape of lay ecclesial ministry in the Church in the U.S today; to hear how the pandemic has affected them; to understand the impact of the bishops’ document on lay ecclesial ministry, Co-Workers in the Vineyard of the Lord; and to ask how the USCCB can support and advocate for lay ecclesial ministers throughout the United States, most especially at this uncertain time.

The deadline for filling out the survey is December 15, 2020. Take the Survey
